Toss the wings in a bowl with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you like. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack (for extra crispiness). Bake the wings for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even cooking, until golden brown. 3.Grilled Buffalo-Style Wings

Grilling is a fantastic way to add a smoky depth to your wings. Cooking them over indirect heat ensures they cook through without burning, giving you crispy skin and juicy meat.

Ingredients: Chicken wings, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and additional seasonings. Also add fresh herbs to enhance the aroma.

Instructions: Preheat the grill to medium-high. Rub the wings with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and throw in some rosemary to add some zing to it. Place the wings over the unlit side of the grill, cover, and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning them occasionally in the grill. The skin should be golden and crispy. For extra smoky flavor, use wood chips on the grill. Finish by brushing the wings with SoCal Hot Red Sauce to let it caramelize slightly.

Sides: Add it in a Rice bowl and some veggies to enjoy a complete meal.

Sides: Add it either in a Chinese bowl full of rice or a Chinese platter with some exotic veggies.
