Return & Refund Policy

At SoCal Hot Sauce, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to enjoy their order.

Because our products are food items, we do not accept general returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us directly at hello@socalhotsauceĀ within 7 days of delivery.

We handle all concerns on a case-by-case basis. In most situations, we’ll work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution to make things right.

Our goal is to ensure you’re happy with your SoCal Hot Sauce experience.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions /Ā Sale Items & Gift Cards
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We don’t offer general exchanges, but if there’s an issue with your order—like damage or an error—contact us at hello@socalhotsauce.com within 7 days of delivery. We handle every situation case by case and will do our best to get you a replacement or another solution that works for you.


Refunds
Since we don’t accept general returns, refunds are only issued for orders that arrive damaged, incorrect, or have another valid issue. If your refund is approved, we’ll process it back to your original payment method. Please note it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
