  • Orders are typically processed quickly, but please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number if available.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use reliable carriers to ship within the United States. Estimated delivery time: 1–2 weeks.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, destination, and chosen shipping method.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time; details will be provided on the Site.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (when available) so you can monitor your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

  • At this time, we do not ship internationally.

  • Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes; if applicable, we will contact you to update your shipping address.

Lost or Damaged Orders

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@socalhotsauce.com

  • We handle each situation case by case and will work with you to provide a replacement or another solution.
